This site has been designed to be easy to use and accessible. If you are having difficulties you may find the information in this section useful.

Using this web site

Website Navigation

To help find your way around this web site you will find a menu across the top of every page. By using this menu you can jump to main areas of the website.

When you select a menu option a submenu will appear on the top the left hand side initially listing all the pages you can visit in this section.

You will notice that when your mouse pointer is over a link, your computer will automatically change your mouse cursor into a hand.

Breadcrumb Trail

Directly underneath the main searchtowards the top of most pages you will find a feature commonly called a breadcrumb trail. A breadcrumb trail helps visitors to see where they are in the website. If I were visiting the page 'What is the Community Sectior Coalition' (in the About the CSCsection) then the breadcrumb trail might look like this:

The Home hyperlink will take you back to the home page, the About hyperlink will take you back to start of the About the CSC section.

Website Search

If you're trying to find information about a specific topic the website search facility often yields the quickest results. Sighted users will find the search facility below the main images towards the top of every page

Non mouse-users and non-sighted visitors can get to the search facility quickly by using a shortcut key (called an Accesskey):

* Windows users hold down the ALT key and press the number 4
* Mac users hold down the CTRL key and press the number 4

Type in your search query and press the keyboard enter button or click 'Go' with the mouse.

Site Map

A site map is an overview of the available content on the site arranged by section. Sighted user will find the sitemap link at the bottom right of each page.

Non mouse-users and non-sighted visitors can get to the sitemap quickly by using a shortcut key (called an Accesskey):

* Mac users hold down the CTRL key and press the number 3
