Bank Crisis - CSC Letter to Third Sector Minister

The Coalition has reacted to concerns within the sector with regard to the uncertainties around the current financial crisis by sending a letter to the Rt Hon Kevin Brenan MP requesting checks to be carried out for all registered charities in regard to actual and potential threats to community assets and third sector investment / reserves.

Within the letter, which can be downloaded in full here, the CSC suggests a collaborative working approach with the Charities Commission, to apporach those charities most in danger and offer support. The CSC has offered its services to assist in any future action.
