Confident Communities 2007Building on the hugely successful conference last year, which attracted 500 delegates, the Development Trusts Association offers you a chance to be inspired, informed and refreshed at the largest national gathering of community enterprise practitioners and supporters.
More information The programme will include plenary sessions with the UK's top speakers, along with a wide selection of visits and virtual visists to development trusts and other community enterprises in Oxford and throughout the South East; presentations, workshops and other opportuinities to share experiences. Delegates will also be able to take part in an Ideas Marketplace, an Enterprising Communities 'Dragons Den' and a participatory budgeting excercise through the Conference Challenge where delegates will have the opportunity to shape future work. In addition, this year Confident Communities will pioneer ways in which the conference itself can leave a positive community 'footprint'. |
