The idea of leadership is rarely trusted in the community sector – it lets many down, or is dismissed as an irrelevance. CSC think it’s time to challenge traditional thinking about leadership.

Liberating Leadership is an empowering and accessible new approach to leadership that will be a powerful resource for change in communities.

A training programme for development workers will enable them to support leadership issues in local groups.
